WELLINGTON – Convening Wednesday, March 20 in the Ellis Art Center of Collingsworth County Museum, President Phyllis Floyd called the meeting of Collingsworth County Retired School Personnel to order.
Museum Director Karen Caldwell presented a program about the establishment of Collingsworth County in 1876. She described the first school and the first teacher in the county.
